Exceptionally nice setting, it's close enough to which increases the flow of people as well as restaurant. Please let the amiable and wonderfully friendly staff know of my gratefulness for an excellent stay. I loved my room - big size and perfect with great shower.

The property is ideally located... Right on the Black Sea. The grounds and view are breathtaking.... It is quiet and peaceful and if you want a place to relax and get away from traffic and city life, this is the place to go. The food is excellent and plenty of it! Cleaning personnel for rooms are very friendly and ready to help meet needs. The food servers are excellent. Parking is great and security is good.
The rooms fall short of what is online... Standard rooms are not what it pictures on line. I wrote to management to inquire if there would be a coffee pot/ tea pot in the room. I immediately got a letter stating yes there would be along with a mini bar in the room. We had to scream and carry on to get the hot pot in the room. Also, on line it states that slippers and robes are in every room. They were not. I especially wanted the slippers because I did not bring mine due to expecting them to be in the room. Also, on line it said a "full bathroom " and showed a full bath... Tub and shower. I was very disappointed to see such a bathroom... Small shower only. We did complain and their answer was that we had gone through a booking agency and they did not know what the booking agency had promised. But, I had gone to their website to get information on standard, deluxe , suites, etc. I told the receptionist that I had gone to their website. She informed me that I could pay extra to get the extras. I do not like to find something different than what I am promised when I make a reservation . I think when making a reservation at this hotel, you must get in writing what you are paying for... They blamed it all on the booking agency!!

Spacious room that was just right, facing the sea. Loved having a tea-making kit, it was exactly what we were looking for! 🌊💫

Perfect, good room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers and robes. Location close enough to Georgian seaside and Tbilisi, Batumi, and Chakvi...

Great location, not to far from big city. Nice beach, stony, but clean and and secure. Moreover they offer great SPA services with perfect inside pool.
I didn't like food. One day i was sick because of old and unhealthy food. It's to fat and does not represent great kitchen of Georgia.

We had a wonderful time at Dreamland Oasis. The spacious and comfortable room was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay, and we enjoyed the nice balcony with its lovely view. The hotel's beautiful garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Deluxe rooms are small but comfortable and well nicely decorated. The room had a spacious balcony with good views of the resort and the black sea. There is plenty of freshly prepared food, it is tasty and is prepared with natural ingredients. However for some reason known only to the Hotel Staff, milk was only an option with tea & coffee for breakfast, not lunch and dinner. There is a 25 meter indoor pool.
Water temperature in the shower oscillated between hot, cold and at times disappeared altogether. The so called Gym comprises a running machine that didn't work, two pieces of fixed weight equipment, three non functioning rowing machines and three small slant work-out benches. The Jacuzzi was also useless as the control panel didn't function and the water was ice cold. There were only 2 english tv channels. If the weather is wet there is absolutely nothing to do in the resort. Downtime Batumi is a 20 minute, gel 50, taxi ride away. Wi-FI worked reasonably well at reception most of the time but hardly functioned at all in the room. There is much better value for money to be found elsewhere in Batumi!

The staff was very friendly and polite. Outside of the bustle of Batumi. Water trampoline!
The photos on the websites are extremely inaccurate. This is not a luxury resort. The rooms were lackluster and need to be renovated. In addition, while it offers many different activities, most cost additional money. Also, we had heard that Georgian food was fantastic, but the food here was terrible.
